1.Client Request Submission

Official website/Phone call/Community referrals/Government cooperation programs

2.Customer Service Contact (Within 48 Hours)

Our customer service team will contact the client within 48 hours to confirm the request and arrange the next steps.

3.Home Assessment Appointment

A professional home assessment will be scheduled. The evaluation includes:

  • Daily living independence
  • Mobility ability
  • Cognitive condition
  • Emotional well-being
  • Family support situation

Assessment Results Include:

  • Care level (Basic / Moderate / Enhanced)
  • Recommended service plan
  • Service frequency
  • Caregiver matching requirements

4.Care Needs Form & Service Agreement

The Care Needs Assessment Form is completed

System matches caregiver based on:

  • Language
  • Gender preference
  • Schedule availability
  • Professional skills

Family members sign the service agreement

Service price and duration are confirmed

Service Delivery Process (On-Site Service Standard)

  • Each visit by the caregiver must follow these steps:
  • Arrival check-in
  • Health status confirmation
  • Service execution
  • Brief service record
